I was very happy about this because my laptop has no ports. Came in a clear plastic bag. It was already a red flag. I plugged in my mouse and it barely worked like everything was with a huge lag. Okay, so I figured I could use a bluetooth mouse and hub to connect an external monitor and keyboard. I plugged in both, the HDMI connection seems to work fine but the keyboard is unresponsive. Long story short, I returned this one and got another hub from Ank*r (don't try to promote them, so I won't show the full name). It was the same price but the mouse and keyboard worked well and the packaging was much better.
