Normal balls for a beginner.

The seams on two of them came undone immediately, but I confess I lost them often. I sewed the broken ones together and finally, after about 6 weeks, I learned to juggle. So the instructions that come with it are good. The balls feel good in my hands but my experience with the ball is limited. A pro will probably want better balls.
