I knew other customers had a problem with dry nail polish upon arrival. But man. It was bad, very bad. Exactly half of the nail polish bottles were dry, all one color without glitter. I'm not sure if the glitter polish formula is much different, but whatever it is, it keeps it from drying out. You should have seen the disappointment on a 5 year old girl's face as she opened each color and it was just balls of dry polish.
