I've searched and shopped everywhere for groceries to find one that works with the bluetooth headphones with built in mic on my switch and it's great. Not only can I use it on my console dock, but also on the Switch itself. Once you plug it in, depending on your headphones, you'll have to press buttons and figure out which ones turn on the microphone. Sometimes you plug in headphones and they work automatically. Some require you to press and hold the pause/play button for a few seconds to activate the microphone. It all depends, but overall so far so good.
