05/22/2021 I made a warranty claim. a 6 month outage is unforgivable and I don't know if the faulty PSU destroyed other hardware. This overview can change depending on the outcome of the warranty claim. Update 1. 05/26/2021. Start the RMA process. An RMA form sent. My old power supply that I replaced with a Cougar is jerking. So. I don't think anything is fried. Update 2. 6/4/2021 I haven't received any further information about the RMA so I called Revane. They let me return the product. no full refund. The refill fee was refunded as Amazon credit.
