I liked the red color, it's a real red durable nylon zipper. The hoodie is well made. I bought it as a gift and I bought it big enough to allow for shrinkage and growth. Baby size 6 small and skinny girl and I bought a size 8 I chose red because of the true color, last year I took navy blue so I chose red. It's a Christmas present so I don't know how it fits but it's a hoodie so if it's a bit big who really cares.
