I really wanted to love this cardigan. I looked at the picture carefully before I chose it and I was a little worried that the sleeves might be too long for me, and they are. I don't blame the people who made it you can clearly see how the ends of the sleeves are. I just had underestimated how annoying those wide bell cuffs would be when I'm trying to use my hands to do pretty much anything around the house or on my computer. I actually though didn't mark them down a star for that. I knew there was a good chance the sleeves would bother me but the cardigan was so cute I decided to try it anyway. The reason I took away a star is because the lace in the sleeves is a competely different and lower quality fabric than the rest of the sweater. The body of it is knitted which I really like. The lace sleeves are just a thick polyseter type lace that has been sewn onto the body of the cardigan and then the ruffled sleeves are sewn onto those. So it's two different types of materials and it makes it look somewhat cheap to me. I couldn't tell that from the picture. I assumed it was all the same knitting for the whole sweater. For that reason I am taking a star away. It's still cute but not nearly as nice as it would have been if the lace sleeves had been knit work like the rest of it.
