Really good wax. Easy to use. I am a beautician and have used it at home for personal hair removal. This is comparable to professional wax. I got full legs with no problem. They also have very good customer service. In my pack of 2 cartridges, one of the reels failed to roll at all. I contacted them and they immediately apologized. They told me that sometimes the wax gets stuck on top during shipping. They sent me another pack of 2 plus 2 other cartridges to try and some strips! Couldn't have expected better. I will buy again.
