THIS IS HEAVEN IN A BOTTLE. Now I'm drinking the third bottle and I don't regret anything. This is the lightest yet most nutritious oil! I apply it on my face (1 spray every morning), hands (1 spray before bed) but especially on my hair 3c from roots to tips (3 sprays daily) and use it every day, it lasts about 5-6 months . This thing really is so, so well made and seems so simple (and that's saying a lot because I live in VERY HOT and VERY HUMID weather) that about 4 people near me have already bought it and continue to do so will do.
