After the initial sculpting, it caused pressure on the front teeth, resulting in tooth pain and shoulder discomfort from friction. I emailed the company first to confirm that it is non-refundable as it is open and that they are helping with the adjustment. I remolded to make sure it was a 'loose fit' and the pain and discomfort was still there, adjusted afterwards and made the decision to change the guard to a different thickness, the only change would be the thickness . Another edit made. To make sure it was loose I wore it during the day, it wouldn't do any damage so I wore it at night after it actually pushed one of my front teeth back the first night. This time the bite lock made contact with the bottom tooth long before the bite closed. I have refused to send a thinner replacement guard as I had an issue with the movement of the teeth and the bite it caused. I would not recommend this product. No installation guarantee included which I knew when I ordered and needed something so I gambled 34.99 that it would be the same as on the market. It also says "FDA Approved" on the packaging.
