Excellent Value for Money

What's wrong isn't Setcom or Shark - which in my case is a good one Thing is, as None of these companies make an interface for my radio (Wouxun KG-UV6X). What is it - an inexpensive, surprisingly compact, thought out to the smallest detail suspension for connecting a walkie-talkie to a motorcyclist. They even realized that the cable to one of the headset's speakers would need to be longer than the other since one speaker would be in close proximity to the microphone while the other would be separated by the width of the wearer's head. The wires are surprisingly thin and all connections are firmly crimped - the harness simply disappears under an armored motorcycle jacket. There are attachment options - I attached it to the finger of my carbon fiber aramid reinforced kangaroo leather glove today with a PTT knot velcro simply because I was dying to try it. Yes, I needed to speak up (the foam windscreen on the mic does more than block out wind noise) and I also needed to turn up the volume on my portable device (two speakers, not one, and they're in the helmet shell, almost an inch from your ears removed - there is no way to eliminate the wind noise inside the helmet, so all you have to do is muffle it). My last setcom cost me 21x this one and served about 7 years (with periodic soldering of the internal connections) - so this harness will pay for itself in about 4 months. Yes I have ordered three more - one for my other 3/4 helmet, one as a spare and one for "
