Good solution for simple security
I bought two of these. I installed them in a cedar box of hope. They are good for keeping things secure in a simple way. They won't stop real bad guys, but they can protect a closet or drawers from nosy or nosy kids and honest adults. The two together do a really good job. But it's only as strong as the screws that hold it in place and the surface it's attached to. I had no problem following the instructions and programming both on the same cards. I had no problems opening or closing them. The answer is pretty good. They read cards through 1/2 inch thick plywood with ease. I recommend this lock.
