Great bag for the money. I have 30 liters a day as a barbag on the back of my chopper. Love it so much I bought this 15L for a longer ride/more storage. Compared to most pole bags, these bags are superior to other bags in price and durability. No need for a semi waterproof rain cover. I've experienced the monsoon like rain twice and these bags kept the contents 100% dry. Where rain covers can only withstand heavy rain for a limited period of time. Not to mention they're loose, need more elastic cords, and still flap in the wind. The included straps ensure easy and secure attachment. No more stretched bungee cords. I can say that for a fraction of the cost of sissy bar chopper bags, I can confidently strap my stuff onto my bike, dry and in place for long rides.
