I was really impressed by the quality of the items included in this product. The brush is made of pig hair. My favorite item in this set is the beard balm. When I get out of the shower, I don't apply a drop of beard oil and immediately grab a brush, beard balm and comb. My beard is really thick and quite soft after a hot shower. But when I groom my beard without a shower, I first apply beard oil as it softens my thick hair and then apply the balm as usual. The balm leaves my beard soft, in place, with a slight shine that's not overpowering. I am a big fan and will buy another one as a gift!
