I am 210lbs 5’2” and purchased the XL it fits snug but was able to close it without help. Coverage wise it does cover lower belly to under bust. I used it for the first time today and I would give it 5/5 for sweat inducing properties. The bottom extra support strap kept sliding/rolling up. The "boning” in the back did dig in and left my back area sore after a 2hr workout and the boning was warped. I will probably cut the boning out in the back and give it another try because like I said it did make me sweat and love how easy it was to put on.
