Easy installation and I like the look of the watch with my photos. I first placed the clock hands in the center of the wall and started at 15 minute intervals. I set both arrows to the 12 o'clock position (straight up) and placed the photo frame directly over the long arrow. I set the hands of the clock to the 12:15 position and place the picture frame there. I set the clock hands to 12:30 and placed a photo frame there. I set the hands of the clock to 12:45 and placed the picture frame there. This process was my basis for placing the other 8 frames - I placed 2 frames 15 minutes apart between the slots and everything worked out perfectly - the frames matched the actual time. I got so many compliments. I also used 12 5x7 picture frames.
