I like how BIR has provided excellent customer support throughout our engagement which was very helpful! It is always nice when every interaction leaves me feeling valued as an individual regardless of what my issue may be or who handles it for us from there end - thank God its not just one person doing all this amazing work!! Nothing specific but really appreciate such outstanding organization within each department they've set up here (HR/Recruiting-Staffing). The only thing i dislike would probably fall into either "need" category however thats because some areas require additional staffing help if needed quickly so hiring process takes longer than average time period given due creditability by employer standards etc..
