Review on 🖨️ HP 564XL Photo Ink Cartridge - Compatible with HP Photosmart 7500 Series, C6300 Series, C510a, C309g, C310a, C410a, C309n, C311a, CB322WN by Hector Watkins

The rating I gave to this product has absolutely nothing to do with the seller. The seller sent quickly, the goods came in perfect condition. I give the seller 5 stars. Others complain that there is no color. Guys READ the description. This is NOT black ink. The seller made it clear. This is the fourth cartridge needed to print photos! There are no colors! You can't blame the seller for that. DEFECT #1: The problem lies with the manufacturer! Whoever designed the label screwed it up! The packaging says it is for the PHOTO slot and does not contain black ink... BUT the packaging is self contradicting because it has a "house symbol" which IS the slot that the black ink cartridge fits into. MISTAKE #2: With so many complaining that it doesn't print in black, the cartridge obviously contains the correct 'photo ink' BUT the tab on the insert side is designed to be used in the black ink slot. The photo cartridge slot is different so it cannot be inserted into the correct slot. ERROR #3: HP refilled the wrong cartridge again. Yes, it is an XL color cartridge BUT the photo cartridge is twice the size. At least the ones I've bought in the past. CONCLUSION: The seller is excellent. However, the product is WRONG PACKAGING and WRONG CARTRIDGE. Again, this is not the seller's fault. This is the fault of HP's quality control department. Needless to say I sent it back to the seller and received a prompt refund. That's excellent customer service. (Of course I would like to rate the seller separately.)
