Didn't penetrate my skin enough or for long.
All I can say is that it didn't work for me. It moisturized a bit but didn't really penetrate or hold. Everyone's skin is different, so my review can't tell anyone anything. I will note that I'm a big fan of CereVe. I use normal lotion for my face and body. My hands just need more, I have to wash them a lot.
