Updated: After about 6 months the lock refuses to stay locked - FAIL

Original title: Overall this is not a bad product but there are some flaws which I think can be slightly fixed . The box itself is pretty solid. I would be more comfortable with a thicker cable and a more secure mechanism for attaching the cable to the box. The biggest problem is the flimsy plastic handle that often pops out. The first time it happened was running from the car to the building in the rain. The handle popped out and the box fell to the sidewalk. The box itself only has a small dent on the corner where it landed. Luckily I packed the two laptops securely in the box so they didn't get damaged. Now I hold the box under my arm instead of trusting the pen, which is a bit awkward at times. Update: After about 6 months the lock simply refuses to stay locked. All batteries swapped out twice but can still be opened by simply twisting the handle, no combination required. Do not attempt to repair it under warranty. Now it's just a pretty useless metal box.
