I like that it's easy to use as you can have your own custom reports with multiple filters set up. You can also make different views of data for different users. Sometimes it takes a while for the system to load when you first login which is not very helpful. It would be great if they had more of a tutorial section so we could learn how to navigate the software better. We are solving our customer service issues by keeping track of all calls in one place. This helps us look back at previous calls made and find out what went wrong. We also need to keep track of emails sent to customers. We were able to solve both problems with this software.
