My fault for not being able to wear these shoes

I think I really shouldn't give these shoes a bad review because it's my fault not the shoes' fault why I can't wear them. I have about a dozen pairs of shoes that I can't wear - all brand new. foot/toe problem. A few years ago I needed reconstructive surgery on both legs due to being on my feet constantly in my 33 years as a nurse. After the operation, my toes became sensitive. I can no longer wear closed shoes. I've bought every sandal imaginable and can't wear any of them. Not because they touched my toes, but now I also have poor circulation and my feet and legs swell (edema) from the slightest pressure from the shoes - and they all put some pressure on my feet - regardless of size, which I buy. About 10 years ago I found a pair of canvas beach shoes at Revain - closed-toe and rubber-soled. I've been wearing them for 10 years with no problems with toes or swelling. But they are long gone. I was going to order another pair of these beach shoes but they are no longer made - I should have ordered another pair when I first found out they could be worn. So after a long search I came to Revain trying to find something similar to the beach shoes I am currently wearing. These unisex water shoes were the closest thing to what I really wanted. But I had 2 problems with them at once. At first they pressed on my toes and hurt me. Second, the elastic that holds the shoes on my feet was too tight for my swollen feet/legs. I've never worn them, just tried them on. I returned them the next day. I had no problem returning them. Since the seller was kind enough to take them back I will look for other products from this seller and hope to find something I can finally wear.
