Easy-to Use Customer Service Software

The ease of use, it's intuitive interface as well its ability to handle multiple types or issues/complains at once. It has great reporting features that allow for easy analysis by management team members with no experience in this area! I wish there was an option where you could schedule when emails are sent out so we don't have to worry about forgetting them every time they're due!! Great product if your looking into something simple but powerful like tracking customer feedback / service requests etc., This software allows us easily track our open tickets & close dates without having someone manually logging each issue which saves tons off hours per month from employees just doing what needs done (i'm not saying all jobs should be automated).
