The software is very simple to use, does not require any training even for new users ( which helps make it great). It allows you track all your errors that are logged in our system with ease of tracking when they occur as well! Nothing really bad about this program so far but I do wish we could see what customers have seen at their login page before logging into an account or service request!! This would be helpful if there were more options available like adding photos etc.. Great customer support too makes things easy once again. The most important thing is that the error messages are very clear and easy to understand. The platform is very well thought out, which is great. I dislike that iDoc is an expensive product and it is not widely adopted. We have used it for a few years now and we have some users that are very skeptical about the product. It is easy to configure and has a lot of useful features out of the box. We use it to handle errors and the notification system is very powerful.
