I've been using this chair for less than a month and the seat and back mesh have started to stretch and sag. In fact, the seat began to stretch out of the channel and wore out. This affects the grip and ergonomics. I also found a sharp clip sticking out of the canal and I had to reinsert it to avoid risking cutting myself. (I didn't think to take a photo first.) My weight is at least 50 pounds under the advertised weight capacity. I had high expectations and spent more than planned on this chair and am very disappointed. The only thing this chair has are caster wheels. Update: The mesh issue is getting worse. I asked for a refund/replacement. Will be updated once seller responds. New update: We worked with the company to get a replacement seat. then the mesh decided to pop out at the back as I sat back and let the suspenders fly. Again, I'm not exceeding the carrying capacity. I asked for a full refund.
