Read customer reviews and questions before you buy. The first question asked was about wireless charging when credit cards are in your pocket. Based on the answer I believed the seller stated that wireless WILL WORK. It is not true. I have a slim case that I've always used with wireless charging and added this pouch today. My phone got warm but didn't charge. As mentioned in other reviews, the diagonal strap also prevents it from being used by both left and right hands. Being right-handed I didn't think it would make much of a difference, but it's actually quite frustrating. I didn't realize until I couldn't take it anymore how often I actually do it. Edit: The seller's auto email "let me know if I can help" came after I left my review. I replied to the email with ^ the same information. My order was returned immediately. Excellent customer service. Still, I suggest they update the description to better reflect the downsides of wireless charging.
