I'm giving it five stars because the construction of this pillow is worth the price. This is a quality product with a well finished case and bracelet. However, the cost depends on the person and the reason for the purchase. I am 6ft 1in and 218lbs. I wanted to use it under my knees while lying on my back as I tend to lock my knees. Unfortunately, this pillow didn't work for me. Definitely not wide enough - one leg kept falling off. It's also not low/skinny enough for me - I just want to raise my knees a bit just enough not to lock them up, but this roll feels too high for me. Also note that this memory foam is very hard and doesn't give much. I think this is a sign of a quality pillow but again it doesn't meet the need I bought it for. However, I keep it because I can use it for other purposes, like putting my feet on it while sitting in a chair.
