I really liked the pressure release so you don't have to wait for it to come off on its own. You can slowly solve it yourself - which is great because I've always been afraid of pressure cookers. The quick release button is great. In 35 minutes I had 2.5 roasts to perfection! It was also very easy to clean. There was no recipe book or instructions on how long to cook per pound. A friend helped me figure out this part. I wish he had told me how long to cook it per pound and a recipe book would be helpful. For more information, you have to go to their website, which is cumbersome. I didn't deduct a star because once I figured it out, this is an amazing product for a quick, delicious meal.
