My last OBD2 scanner cost almost $200 and I had to pay for a database update. This unit was less than the price of my upgrade so I decided to give it a try. At under $30, I couldn't go wrong. While it works great. Excellent value for money for a very good device. Once you download the app, setting up the vehicle profile and connection is pretty easy. I have set up vehicle profiles for three vehicles, one of which is a Tesla. You can use this scanner with several different applications. I have an iPhone so I downloaded both recommended iOS apps. They work a little differently, but both do the job perfectly. It's amazing how many uses this little scanner can do. Completely replaces my old Acton scanner which cost many times more.
