When my kitchen burner arrived I filled it with propane. I lit it up very quickly once to make sure it worked and then put it away until I needed it. It took a while and when I wanted to use it this thing fired like a mini flamethrower lol. It literally scared me. I tried again and the same. I took it to the shed and left it there. I received an email from Amazon asking about reviewing some products and this one popped up. Announce what happened and present it. The next day I received an email from the sellers saying they hate hearing about what happened and I'm upset and they want to send me a replacement item. Keep in mind that by the time I actually used the damn thing, the return time had exceeded the normal allowable time. Well it arrived a few days ago and this time I've refilled and lit it a few times over the past few days and it works great. I understand that sometimes there is a manufacturing defect and the product does not work properly. Actually it was my fault for barely testing it that I missed the time to return it but these people stood up and said we want to make it right for you. These are the people you want to buy goods from. (And write longer than a review should be lol) All I need is to see if they have it first before buying elsewhere. Thank you for bringing me back to the old ways of customer service. By the way. The product is really a great buy for the price!
