I am a very anxious person and I find that playing around with things helps. unfortunately, when I have nothing to do, I end up picking at my cuticles. This ring has helped me stop picking at my skin and also helped me concentrate in school. unfortunately i lost it about two weeks ago after a few months of use. I've never had any problems with it and will be ordering another one soon.

- I always have the same ring size...I think I'm a size 5. Lol I mean I can never use this ring in my sleep but oh well
