Review on Polarized Whisker 🕶️ Replacement Lenses by Revant by James Lighting

I ordered replacement bronze brown polarized lenses for my Oakley Whisker sunglasses and after about a week of use I am very happy with the quality of the lenses themselves. As others have noted , they *not quite* fit the frame perfectly, which you can see in the photos, but I don't notice it when I wear them and they fit the frame quite snugly. won't fall, so I don't really care. Oh, and these are REAL Oakley frames - I bought them direct from the Oakley website, they are not Chinese fakes. What surprised me when I first put them on is that the lenses are almost not as dark as I thought. I think I made the mistake of assuming that 26% VLT is darker than it really is (I thought it was more of a Ray Ban B-15 dark value), so I added an image of how it *really is *looks like when I compare the view with and without glasses as I don't feel the comparison between half and half lens with / lens without lens in the product photos is entirely accurate. Also just my personal preference, but when I wear sunglasses I prefer lenses that are opaque enough that my eyes can't be seen through them, so I usually use mirrored lenses. These lenses are light enough to make my eyes look good and I end up feeling like Bono or an Italian model or something - it's just not really my personal style. Finally, the polarization is very good, cuts almost all glare, and they do a great job of improving depth perception, making them very suitable for driving. In summary, these are really great quality lenses - the "too light" aspect is mine for not paying enough attention to light transmission in the description and I would enthusiastically give them 5 stars if only they fitted the frame. just like the original lenses that came with them.
