worked fine until a slight tug caused the internal connector to move. See attached pictures. I had two and this happened with a subtle jolt. Then I looked at the second one and by pulling the cable slightly, the other connector also shifted. I'm actually glad to see other reviewers saying the same thing. **Update - I sent an email with photos and proof of purchase requesting warranty support and SanDisk sent me replacement units. SanDisk Extreme 510. They gave instructions on how to remove the internal SSD so I could connect it via a USB adapter. I tried it and got frustrated after a few minutes. Luckily, my data wasn't very important and could easily be recreated. I still give this particular device a 1 star rating.
