Arrived well packaged and if they break, the forwarding agency is to blame! (Don't give the manufacturer a bad mark for someone else's mistake). So far after using them for storing and heating my meals for a couple of weeks they are working perfectly. I've found that the containers in my lunch bag sit on their side and the soup doesn't spill. I've used them in the microwave (no lid and contents covered with paper towel) and also used them in the freezer at 0*F and the jar and lid held up well. The rubber seal is easy to remove, hand wash and dry, and adheres well to the lid. Yes, the dishes are small, cute :) and conveniently store in the compartment on the lid. The dishes are not so small that I cannot use them. In fact, their size prevents me from overeating with each bite. The metal of the cookware has a beautiful finish. I wish they would make bins half the size or with a divider.
