Arrived with dull edge, not "razor sharp." I really wanted to like it, but the blade wasn't even sharp. Couldn't cut my finger on it even if I tried (and I did try out of curiosity with pressure and a sawing motion against my finger tip. That's dull!).Tried to call manufacturer and had no answer on their website phone number, with no answering machine available. Left a note on their website contact form with no answer after three days, so am returning to Best Buy.Interesting that Best Buy wouldn't give the option of exchanging it, which is what I wanted to do in order to give it a second chance.
