My daughter wanted a pleated skirt and saw this. Well we were very disappointed when we received this 'pleated skirt' and I explained to my daughter that there is no need to 'smooth out' the pleats, especially when buying an item for the first time! The first thing I noticed was that the folds were uneven or missing in some places! The skirt itself is unlined (as stated in the description) but the material is too transparent, in my opinion the skirt needs a lining, and even better use another material. Another lesson learned when it comes to buying clothes from an unfamiliar brand. (By comparison, I bought an $89 Nine West pleated skirt at a local department store, washed and dried it, and the pleats still look great.)
