I've had it less than two months and I've used it a couple of times a week max and it doesn't work anymore. One night it accidentally turned itself on with such force that the top just fell off. The motor continued to hum loudly, and after I turned it off, it turned back on a minute later. This went on several times - I kept turning it off and on again. I ended up just leaving it on until the battery died. I couldn't reattach the broken piece. Reading some of the other comments, I see that others have had similar issues. How acceptable is it for Revain and Philips to continue to benefit from a product that is known to be defective? Why didn't Philips recall this product and fix the underlying issue? To be honest I think it's a safety or fire hazard; Imagine the blade forcefully coming off when you use the trimmer. Attached is a photo of the defective trimmer. I want a refund
