Very disappointing product, I have only used it once and will not use it a second time. With no protection, I used it to trim the area around my beard. I had to wipe the cheek area a few times to get an appearance of a line, and even then it takes a razor blade to clean up the blotchy mess. Don't spend a lot of money on a trimmer, it's perfect! I'm a male scalper and love to stay groomed, this is the perfect trimmer and more. I've had it less than two months and I've used it a couple of times a week max and it doesn't work anymore. One night it accidentally turned itself on with such force that the top just fell off. This trimmer can't be beat for the price. I would easily spend 50€ for this trimmer. The body and feel are solid, smooth and ergonomically comfortable to hold. It also looks incredibly good. I originally loved this product, it looked great and worked great the first 2 times I used it on my husband. My husband also used it 1-2 more times and for some reason now it won't turn on. We let it charge for 48 hours to decide when in doubt and it just won't come back. This product definitely has the right idea, unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money on a rarely used product and it suddenly stopped working, SMH.
