I wear a 44DD bra and the size 48 was very tight all over. I would have kept it had it fit but the quality was nothing spectacular so I didn't bother reordering in the next larger size. I think this one in a 50 might have fit but it barely made it down to my waist, so it would never have stayed in my slacks.
