Small changes are good for decoration
I ordered it for my daughter's birthday. After reading other reviews I figured I'd have to go through it first to make sure everything was kid friendly. I think after lots of feedback on alcohol bottles they decided to make some changes. For example, instead of a beer mug, I got a small teacup. There was also a baby bottle, maybe some sweets and a few different ones. I marked the ones that I didn't get from the product image. I'll mention that there are slight differences in color or lettering, but that doesn't bother me. Some products are simply flat on one side where they could continue the design. Although I don't think my daughter will care.
