In my 700 watt microwave I cooked a hot pocket in the crunch sleeve for 2 minutes as directed on the packaging for a 1100 watt microwave (actually 3:10 for less than 1100W). . ). The hot pocket cooked just fine, but wasn't hot enough to wait for it to cool. And the panel showed a small amount of thermal damage. It appears that the plate is by no means microwaveable. Some foods get very hot in the microwave, others (perhaps a bowl of soup) don't. You have to be very careful with this product. I suspect that many people will not properly care. You'll know which foods won't work if your plate is damaged. Not the best way to experiment with cooking in my opinion.
