does NOT work AT ALL
It was supposed to be a 40psi regulator. I have the same 60psi output as the input. I bought 2 of these (1 for the home ro system and 1 for the shop ro system). Don't buy, they don't work. Submit it again with a 5-star rating. After a few days of work, he's now doing exactly what he's supposed to do. Dead at exit 40 lbs.
