I bought three of these to use as wireless keyboards for personal home automation. I did this after having a lot of success with the "G-CORDโ brand, thinking it was just another label on the same product. They definitely look the same. They are not the same. These Sunreed keyboards go to sleep and require an extra key press to wake them up. And the "5" key does absolutely nothing unless the numeric lock is on. When Num Lock is on, the blue LED is on, draining the battery. When Num Lock is off, the "5" key does not issue a keycode. Nothing happens when looking at the raw input stream on the Linux terminal. You're not just wrong. All three are the same. This is a broken design. If you need a wireless USB numeric keypad and want it to work well, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, the G-CORD brand model is no longer available.
