I recently purchased a fire-proof power strip and have been extremely pleased with its performance. It has enough outlets to handle all of my electronics, including my desktop computer and printer .The built-in surge protection gives me peace of mind that my devices are safe from electrical surges and the hinged cover protects against accidental spills. The only downside is that it's a bit bulky, but the added safety features make it worth the extra space it takes up..
