Review on 🔥 Efficient and Powerful Red Mr. Heater MH18B Propane Heater for Maximum Warmth by Issac Burnett

Big little heater

later A good friend of mine used it to heat his tiny house enough so that the pipes wouldn't freeze when his furnace broke down in the middle of winter. Since then we've used it regularly for hunting in a 10x14 canvas tent. My tent has zippered vents in both eaves and with an oxygen deficiency sensor on this unit it is safe to use in a tent or RV with adequate fresh air. However, out of paranoia, I always carry propane and carbon monoxide detectors with me as a precaution. You can find them at any RV supply store. Use 1lb propane bottles - actually it's designed to use 2 of them at a time (that's what the bladders on either side are for, so each can hold 1 bottle). Although this is the first time I've used it this way, I bought a separate hose to connect it to a 30lb tank (many use a 20lb tank) and it still works perfectly. I'll say this about the 1lb tanks but when they get low their pressure isn't regulated properly so you get a lot of popping and flames jumping across the heating surface (a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper ) and in my experience it takes about 15+ minutes to finally exhaust the smaller reservoirs. This little heater is such a staple of our hunting gear that I recently bought my own as a backup for our hunting trips. These are definitely worth the money. Even though they no longer add a fan to the unit, we have never used a fan on my hunter friends heater as it required batteries and the unit heated our 10x14 tent quite well without a fan. So don't let the fact that the device no longer includes a fan put you off, as this is a durable and versatile heater.
