I will say the heater works as described. The remote does have to be very close to the heater to work but not a big deal. Unfortunately the heater is not adequate for the application I needed which was an outdoor patio heater. I had to mount it on the facia about 8 ft above the ground and being radiant heat with no blower, it only heats the area in about a two feet radius in front of the unit. I suppose I was expecting too much

I love this heater, I bought one and another one later. Easy as pie to install and use. The timer option is nice as is the remote. Its solidly made, it does give a little heat on the back side, but projects a really good amount of heat out the front. Heats up quick and cools down relatively quickly too. A must have for any house. Even the power cord is substantial and seems sturdy and well suited for outdoors.

Using as a heater for my pig pen. Works awesome, and the timer is perfect for those very cold nights. Easy to use and install.

TrustTech Patio Heater Model: PW15R was the perfect heater for our screened in porch and garage. Our screened in porch is a 14' x 13' room and it takes 1-2 minutes for the heater to make it cozy during the late fall days of the year in KY. The biggest concern we had of this brand of heater was will it heat our garage that was converted to a weight room. So far I really love this heater. I got it to put on my screened in porch for my plants that are going to winter out there. I believe this will be enough to keep them okay and they are close to the house and totally covered overhead. Is really easy to use. I like the timer feature and the three different heat settings. And the remote makes it very easy to turn on and off.

The heaters are well built and will warm you up very quickly. The heat from it is quite nice and just kind of bathes over you. The three power setting options are handy if you start to get too warm, you can just lower the power and still enjoy the comfort without having to lose all your warmth. The ability to change the power with the remote is awesome.

If I accidentally stepped on this, it would crush like an aluminum can. It is also depicted as being large. It's tiny. It was sliding around in one box inside another much larger box. The wall mounts are crap, not even finished, just galvanized steel. Just don't. Keep on shopping.

We got this product to heat up our outdoor patio. Even when it's on high, you can barely feel it unless you are right in front of it. Would not buy again.

Installation was easy and the remote works fine if within 6-8 feet. We live in Tampa Florida so it does not get really cold and are using it on our patio. The output says 400 sqft but not sure how they determine that. We like the product but will have to get a second one to achieve the desired warmth of a 16x16 patio area.

This is an Awesome heater, and it was super easy to install, it’s got 3 settings and I plan to buy another one for my shop in my back yard .Also another plus was a remote control !I would definitely recommend this product !And last but certainly not least , IT PUTS OUT A LOT OF HEAT ON ALL 3 settings

We liked the heater's design and function. We are adding it to our outdoor living space, but decided we'll need several more to line the ceiling around our space.(16'x25') We'll probably go with a total of 6, but just the one was noticeable on a 40 degree evening.

We could install this on a panel of wood on our screen on porch to enjoy outdoors longer and we could feel the heat from it very well. I recommend this heater

So I think this item would be great, if it included the mounting hardware, that was supposed to be included. I have reached out to the company, so I am hoping that I can get the mounting hardware. Will happily revise my review if I can get the missing pieces

We had a little issue with the remote but the seller addressed immediately.We love this heater.This is being used to warm feral cat feeding and sleeping area.The temperature maintains the food and water from freezing and has helped to warm themselves during the frigid temperatures.

Think the heater will work great. BUT sent and item already used, Sheetrock dust on screw and missing mounting parts.missing 1 silver bracket and 1 screw. Please give us a credit for an open box item and send missing parts or send us a new item.Thanks.Brianna

We got two of these. One of them arrived fine, but the other's heating element was broken. I have been trying for weeks to contact the company to get a replacement bulb. I'm hoping that my 1-star review will get their attention. Otherwise, this heater is great! But fragile.

Unit does get warm, but does not radiate much heat out in front of it. Regardless of where I stood, just wasn't that great compared to the propane heaters I have.
