Fragrant. Very watery.
I have a VC effector (yellow) and a WR effector (rose gold). I don't like WR serum at all compared to VC because it has a strong floral scent and scented products tend to dry out and irritate my skin. In addition, it is very watery and runny compared to the VC effector. I have not noticed any positive results on my skin. I recommend the yellow VC effector instead. It has a nice thick serum consistency and I notice a difference in my skin condition when I use it and when I don't.
