Sharp corners cut my finger. Recall this product.

The corners of handle were not properly finished, and cut my fingers. What if a child bumps on it with face? I ordered another set with different finish, and it's still the same problem. Obviously, this is a consistent manufacturing flaw.This is a serious safety issue and can cause bodily injury lawsuit to the house owner. Recall this product immediately.

They look great inside and out!

I just installed these handles and I'm very happy! They look awesome from the outside and the inside. Only problem was that the bottom of the outside handles had a large rod that was meant to go through a hole in the door and secured with a screw on the interior of the door. My old handle hand an exterior screw to attach the bottom of the handle. However, I was able to remove the rod and reattach the handle to the back plate with a metric screw. Solid product! on my review.

Beautiful, solid, heavy statement for the front door. Mine came damaged but was quickly replaced. Be sure to note the differences of style. One is more contemporary with a simple edge and the othe is more traditional. Both look great but I opted for the contemporary. The bronze is really more black and the trim is more copperish. It's beautiful. My Exterior lights are black with bronzey brass interiors and it all ties together really Great!

What an excellent product- comparable quality to home improvement big box for half the price. They even included two sets of internal hardware and four keys.

Love this handle best in my review

GREAT product. Replaced my old work gold set with this and it looks fantastic! Instructions were a bit confusing but honestly you don't need them, the install is so straight forward. Works beautifully and looks expensive.

Best bang for the buck

Nice lock for double doors. Make sure you order the lock for the appropriate side as well as the dummy lock. The pictures are pretty accurate of the actual product. Installation instructions are pretty easy to follow. It is a lot cheaper on amazon than other websites that I found similar locks.

I have had multiple compliments on this handset. It works well and is just beautiful. Bought the mating lockset as I have double doors. Very happy with the purchase. Great price also.

They would not fit our standard doors. The locking mechanism was too short. I have requested to return them several times and the seller has not responded.

Broken after six months!

Loved how this looks BUT the deadbolt is broken after just 6 months of use. revain doesn't have a refund or replacement option! Waste of money.

Great look when installed

Once this pull & lock is installed, looks great, The pattern for drilling the bottom hole for teh pull handle is only for a right inword door, I have aleft so took extra time to get the correct position before drilling the hole.

Doesn’t operate smoothly

This is a lovely door set and we had it professionally installed. However, within weeks of the installation the front thumb plate that allows you to get into the house started sticking. I have tried everything and it still sticks intermittently. Sometimes you cannot get in the front door. Very disappointing. I cannot recommend this product.

We had our new doors installed professionally and the installer did have some issues with the installation but the door handles work great and look terrific on the new doors. Thanks

Problem resolved.: my feedback

Initially was not happy but after two months now they look great and work well.Update : after purchasing an entirely different set I was able to get the piece from the newest one and install it in the first set I bought. Mailed the one back with the defective piece and got a refund.All good. Solid too.

I need a replacement for dummy handle One sent was pitted information in NEWBANG BOX had phone number and Internet information which is unavailable to find This was disappointing since everything else in the product was first class

You can’t use it as a replacement

If you plan on using on a door as a replacement, forget it. Stick with kwikset or the like. This is probably some Chinese standard. I bought it in advance for a project and now I can’t even return.Rip-off
