The product was received in 2 days, it was very well packaged. It looked good and was pleased with what I saw at first glance, it looks used but not abused. I set up the system, everything was there, right down to the cables for the monitors and the tower. When I pressed the power button on the desktop, it wouldn't turn on. The monitors worked fine, turning on for a few seconds but turning off again because the computer tree wouldn't turn on. I was willing to return the device, but this requires a lot of packaging and transport to the collection point. So I decided to take the unit to a repair shop to see if that could be a quick fix. Well, as a result, the motherboard caught fire and had to be replaced. So I asked him to replace the board for 119.00 mats and labor and then replace the hard drive with a 500gb ssd and he did all this for 199.00 after that it worked great and very fast. So I ordered 16GB of RAM from Revain, installed it and now the device screams. The graphics card is very poor and if you plan to use it for gaming you will not be particularly 3D. So if you ship it and it comes out of the box, I think you've got a decent desktop, nothing fancy. I called tech support from where it was sent and they were inundated with calls. Wanted you to leave a contact number and said they would contact you. It was Friday, they said they would get in touch no later than the following Monday. So far I've spent $238.00 per unit, $199.00 for the motherboard, $60 for 16GB RAM. Only 20GB per unit, now after I upgraded the graphics card, it will be great to play grandkids games. much luck.
