I bought this after reading the reviews. I used 1 jar and mixed it with 1/4 cup WALMART glitter. Mixed in a transparent bath. I apply the first layer with a brush as recommended. It covered, but you could tell where the "thick spots" were. The next day I applied a second coat. Use a small roller as shown with little lint. This continued evenly and gave me the look I wanted. Brilliant shine all over the wall. Picture doesn't do it justice. 1 package of Walmart glitter contains approximately 3/4 cup of glitter. I bought 2 cans of this. Mix 1/4 cup at a time. About 1/3 of the color remains. Best advice: thin coats. Use a small roller. Take your time. Recommend one coat a day. let it dry
